MARBLOOM · PIXBERRY STUDIOS

Privacy & support

A marble-sort puzzle for iPhone, iPad and Android.

Privacy policy

Effective October 1, 2026

Marbloom is provided by Prantik Chatterjee, publishing as Pixberry Studios. This policy describes information handled by the mobile game.

Game progress

Levels, coins, collected items, settings and purchase status are saved on your device. Marbloom does not require an account. These local records are not uploaded to a Marbloom server. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data may erase progress.

Advertising

Marbloom uses Google AdMob to show optional rewarded ads and ads between levels. Google and its advertising partners may process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, ad interactions, diagnostics and device information to deliver ads, prevent fraud and measure performance. Where required, the game presents Google's consent form before requesting ads. On iOS, the game requests permission before accessing the advertising identifier for tracking.

You may decline tracking. Where Google's consent SDK requires a privacy-options entry, you can reopen it from Settings → Ad privacy choices. You can also manage tracking permissions in your device settings. See Google's privacy policy and Google ad settings.

Apple purchases

In-app purchases are available on iOS only. Apple processes payments; Marbloom does not receive your card details. Remove Ads is a one-time non-consumable purchase, verified by Apple's StoreKit on your device. Restore purchases checks ownership on the same Apple Account. Marbloom does not operate a purchase server. See Apple's privacy policy.

Game services and sharing

If you choose to sign in to Apple Game Center or Google Play Games, those services handle your gaming profile, scores and achievements under their own privacy policies. Sharing an illustration opens your device's share options. You decide where to send it.

Analytics

This release does not enable Firebase Analytics. Advertising and purchase providers may still collect the information described above.

Retention and choices

You can clear local game data using your device's app-storage controls or by uninstalling Marbloom. Advertising and purchase providers retain information according to their policies and legal obligations. Contact us for privacy questions or assistance with applicable access, deletion or consent requests.

Children

Marbloom is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. A parent or guardian can contact us with a concern.

Changes

We may update this policy as the game changes. The effective date identifies the latest version.

Support

For help or privacy requests, email engineering@resolutexhq.com. Include “Marbloom” in the subject and, for a technical issue, your device model, operating-system version and a description of what happened. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.

For an Apple purchase that is missing, use Restore purchases in the game on the same Apple Account. Refund requests are handled by Apple.
